What are your hours of operation?
Monday - Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m.
Closed on Saturday
Closed on Sunday
What do I do for a night drop/pick up?
There is a night drop box located on the North/West corner of the office. Take one of the envelopes provided, fill out the requested information, put your keys into the envelope, and place it into the drop slot.
We do not offer after hours pick up of your car. This must be done during our hours of operation.
How often should I change my oil?
At least twice a year, or between 3,000 and 6,000 miles (depending on driving habits and conditions). In general all vehicles should have fluids, belts, hoses, and tire pressure inspected at least twice a year. All these items are inspected during oil and filter changes.
How much does it cost for diagnostics?
The cost varies depending on the problems and the time required for checking. Most inspections cost between $49 and $180
Does the estimate charge apply to the repair cost?
If we are removing wheels, door panels or other items, the estimate will be included in any repairs of those items. For some diagnostics the charge for time to diagnose and determine what's needed is actually part of the repair and will still be charged. Due to the complexity of vehicles today, our technicians will spend hours looking up special equipment and meters to test sensors, wiring, and computer data to find the actual cause before we know what the final cost will be. We have to charge for this time as well as the time to change any parts or repairs needed to fix it.
Can I bring my own parts?
In some cases we will allow you to bring your own parts. However, if your part does not fit or function correctly we cannot warranty the labor.
Can most repairs be done the same day?
Yes.
Do you offer a Senior Citizen Discount?
Not at this time. We do, however, offer a AAA discount.
What makes and models of autos, trucks and RVs do you service?
We service all makes and models of autos, trucks and RVs.
Can I bring my vehicle in for service even if it is still under the manufacturer warrantee?
Yes.
Do you have RV storage?
Yes.
Do you have a dump station?
Yes.
Do you sell propane?
Yes.
Do I need to take my vehicle to the dealer for maintenance?
No. Dealer maintenance is more expensive than bringing your vehicle to us. Just keep all receipts (including oil changes) in case of a maintenance challenge to your warranty claim.
